14X-43-13732 Cable Assembly for Komatsu

At the beginning, I experienced significant delays and communication issues regarding my order, which honestly caused serious concern because the parts were urgently needed for an important project.

However, after continuous follow-up, the Propel Parts team handled the matter professionally, provided shipment tracking, and the parts finally arrived successfully.

I especially appreciate their willingness to communicate, acknowledge the issue, and continue working toward resolving the situation.

In international business, delays can sometimes happen, but what matters is the final commitment to resolving the issue properly.

Thank you to Daniel and the team, and hopefully future transactions will be smoother for both sides.

Very nice job

Everything fine, thank you. The only thing with which I had a problem in your Software, is that when I have more than 10 different items on the list, I can't scroll to the first ones. But besides that, I am very happy in going on with buying your parts.

I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!

Very helpful. Every question or request I had was answered quickly. I didn't have a parts book for my excavator but that was no problem for them. If you need parts for your Cat, give them a shot.
