helpful and professional.
quick and professional service.

Great pricing and fast shipping!
I'll admit that I was skeptical of propel parts, but they are an honest site and came through with the order. I was skeptical because I've never ordered heavy machinery parts, and didn't know who to trust. The parts that I ordered showed in stock, but after checking with their vendor, they only had half of the order in stock. I was notified the day after the order, and most of the parts arrived in a few days. There was one part that was not shipped putz but I was able to talk with who I assumed is the owner who rectified the situation and had the part overnighted to me.

I will say that communication speed could use a little work, but they will eventually get back with you.

Excellent experience.
Mike has been very helpful. I am looking forward to keep doing business with them

They were great to deal with

I’ve been ordering parts from propel for about 3 years & counting. I live in Hawaii where we have a hard time getting parts especially for decent prices with fast shipping. I've been 100% satisfied with the company and the customer service and will continue to use them. I recommend propel to everyone here in Hawaii and we are all happy to have you guys. Thank you!!!

Our CSR for Dymax Inc., Deb, has been extremely helpful and consistently provides quick, accurate information regarding parts and inventory. When we encounter difficulties finalizing transactions through the internal website, she is able to promptly generate quotes and provide an external, secure method for payment. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist play a key role in supporting our team’s success.

Quick and efficient.
Great products and a great team to deal with. We had a small issue with a missing part and the Customer Services Team dealt with it quickly and efficiently and in a way which left me, the customer, feeling entirely satisfied. Would highly recommend.
