Had some difficulties with the website. Contacted customer service. Once I communicated the issues I was having Steven worked through getting my order processed and making sure I got my receipt and all issues resolved. Perfect!
I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!
