New 1180642 Brg-Kit Replacement suitable for Caterpillar Equipment

I would give 5 stars but my first time ordering from here and using aftermarket parts. The price is reasonable comparing to original Cat parts and the customer support is great and hoping to do more business with them

Online order.
I had a good experience this morning I placed an online order and everything went smoothly. The staff at propel parts has always been helpful in the past when I have been looking for harder to find parts or something that wasn’t listed online.

Good Customer Service. Fast Shipping. A+++

A Delay Handled the Right Way
Honestly, if I were in Miami like my shipment was, I wouldn?t have been in a hurry to ship out either. I was frustrated at first ? delays cost me time on the job ? but Propel Parts stepped up.

Deb, Daniel and the team owned the mistake, kept the communication clear, and graciously refunded my shipping costs without making it a hassle. That kind of accountability is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciated how they handled it.

Things don?t always go perfectly, but these folks proved they?re more interested in doing right by their customers than just pushing parts out the door. Solid company, solid people.

P.S. Incredible quality on the pin as well. I had to do some custom modifying, and let?s just say the case hardening was ? well ? hard. Great Stuff! Thank you.

Very thorough ! Confirmed order and great communications.

This is a great company to work with. Our sales associate Anthony quickly located the correct part and sent it out right away.
