Above and Beyond
Staff took care of issue that was nit created by them. Package was lost by UPS. Propel sent me another part Next Day Air to correct it.

Steven & Propel Parts were a huge help! We were able to place a large order and get it shipped out same day to avoid a line down situation for a customer due to a lost component. The order was even submitted after the 3pm cutoff for same day shipments and we got it the next morning!

Quality Caterpillar parts
Very fast delivery and respons from Propel Parts
This is my second time that I bought something from it, first time delivery time was in one week from US to Serbia

Cat blade pins.
Easy transaction good web site.

I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!
