Fast response and very attentive! Thanks Deb.
I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!
Propel Parts provided quality parts for my Caterpillar needs at a very fair price. Shipping to my international location was very fast. took about a week for the parts to get here. Seller is also responsive with my inquiry.
Thanks again
Great company with outstanding customer service. Always get answers to my questions and always get my order to me quickly!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the 1082387 core assembly?
The 1082387 is a core assembly ??? a structural or functional sub-assembly that forms the internal working element of a larger component such as a radiator, oil cooler, hydraulic cooler, or transmission component. For related components, visit our engine parts and assemblies category.
What are the signs that this core assembly needs replacement?
Common indicators include:
- External leaks from the core body or end tanks
- Elevated operating temperatures despite proper coolant/fluid levels
- Bent, collapsed, or blocked core fins reducing airflow
- Contaminated coolant suggesting internal cross-contamination
Is the 1082387 compatible with my Caterpillar machine?
Core assemblies are model-specific. For hydraulic cooling components, explore our hydraulic system components category. Always verify using your machine's serial number and service documentation before ordering.
How do I install a replacement core assembly?
Flush all connected lines before installation. Inspect all hose connections, clamps, and gaskets and replace any that show wear. Torque all mounting hardware to specification. Always perform a leak check and temperature verification during initial startup.
Is this a quality aftermarket core assembly?
Yes ??? the 1082387 is a premium aftermarket core assembly manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for construction, pressure rating, and thermal performance.
Can the core assembly be repaired instead of replaced?
Minor leaks in radiator-type cores can sometimes be repaired by a qualified shop, but severely damaged, internally contaminated, or heavily corroded cores are best replaced outright.
