New 6Y8186 Pin-Track Replacement suitable for Caterpillar Equipment

I almost want to cry ;( writing this review because I dont want people to find out about them and rather keep them in my pocket but they deserve it…
This company is great with Quality Products at amazing prices! Sometimes, their website is not the most accurate but is user friendly and if you got questions they will call back and are very prompt in responding via a call or text to verify inventory before placing an order.
I really appreciate and look forward to continuing to work with you all especially Anthony — he is amazing & the best!!!

rapid response!

Great pricing and fast shipping!
I'll admit that I was skeptical of propel parts, but they are an honest site and came through with the order. I was skeptical because I've never ordered heavy machinery parts, and didn't know who to trust. The parts that I ordered showed in stock, but after checking with their vendor, they only had half of the order in stock. I was notified the day after the order, and most of the parts arrived in a few days. There was one part that was not shipped putz but I was able to talk with who I assumed is the owner who rectified the situation and had the part overnighted to me.

I will say that communication speed could use a little work, but they will eventually get back with you.

Amazing service, emails answered very quickly with simple straight forward answers. Haven’t received the parts yet but ordering them was quick and easy.

Have been buying parts from them for years, and they have always delivered, both with parts and customer service.

They were great to deal with

Satisfied Customer.
I made my first purchase from Propel Parts last week. I was very happy with the response time and the delivery was fast, fast, fast! Also, the quality of the product is superb and at a great low price.
Keep up the great work!

Having issue running my credit card, Steven was more than helpful to send me a payment link to complete my transaction!

I own old cat bulldozers D8k,D8H,D8N that required frequent repairs and servicing. it was erratic and practically cumbersome to keep them running without constant supply of reliable
and affordable spares in Uganda a third world country however, since I started dealing with propel parts US,my bulldozers have earned reliability and efficiency in providing high quality services to clients and making me a great dependable construction company in earth moving.
My shipments are always handled expeditiously and delivered in record time to Uganda this is awesome from Propelparts.
My business is booming by the clock for finding the best partner in Propelparts.

Great site and price
