Customer Reviews
Quality Caterpillar parts
Very fast delivery and respons from Propel Parts
This is my second time that I bought something from it, first time delivery time was in one week from US to Serbia
customer service and parts availability is fantastic
I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!
Amazing Help.
I don't know who I spoke with, but they were helpful. We will be buying those parts shortly.
Very thorough ! Confirmed order and great communications.
Propel parts is a very reliable parts source for heavy equipment
Quick response, good quality parts, favourable prices and always deliver on time
Quick Response. Very much appreciated.
Excellent experience.
Mike has been very helpful. I am looking forward to keep doing business with them
Good Stuff.
We have had a couple shipping issues, but each time they made it right and we ended up getting what we need. Quality parts at half the price of OEM.
Everything fine, thank you. The only thing with which I had a problem in your Software, is that when I have more than 10 different items on the list, I can't scroll to the first ones. But besides that, I am very happy in going on with buying your parts.
