Great Customer Service!
Had some difficulties with the website. Contacted customer service. Once I communicated the issues I was having Steven worked through getting my order processed and making sure I got my receipt and all issues resolved. Perfect!

Very fast delivery and respons from Propel Parts
This is my second time that I bought something from it, first time delivery time was in one week from US to Serbia
Excellent service and quick response!
Grateful I found this company!
I’m grateful I found this company! They answer the phone every time plus the parts are packaged very well!! Even the angriest mailman couldn’t damage your parts! lol The parts showed up as planned and for being aftermarket the quality seems to be good!! The warranty is the same as CAT. Thank you Daniel!!!
Great pricing and fast shipping!
I'll admit that I was skeptical of propel parts, but they are an honest site and came through with the order. I was skeptical because I've never ordered heavy machinery parts, and didn't know who to trust. The parts that I ordered showed in stock, but after checking with their vendor, they only had half of the order in stock. I was notified the day after the order, and most of the parts arrived in a few days. There was one part that was not shipped putz but I was able to talk with who I assumed is the owner who rectified the situation and had the part overnighted to me.
I will say that communication speed could use a little work, but they will eventually get back with you.

Product Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the CAT 2046708 regulator do?
The 2046708 regulator is a control component that manages pressure, flow, or electrical output within a specific system on Caterpillar equipment. Regulators maintain consistent operating conditions in their respective circuits, protecting downstream components from overpressure or out-of-spec conditions.
What system does this regulator control on my CAT machine?
The specific system this regulator serves depends on where it is installed in your machine's design. Confirm the application from your machine's service documentation or parts manual before ordering. If you are unsure, reach out to Propel Parts for help verifying fitment.
What symptoms indicate the 2046708 regulator has failed?
Symptoms depend on the system controlled but may include erratic performance, pressure fluctuations outside the normal operating range, system warning lights or fault codes, reduced output from the controlled system, or visible damage to the regulator body or connections.
Can I test the regulator before replacing it?
Depending on the regulator type, pressure regulators can be tested with a calibrated gauge, and electrical regulators can be tested with a multimeter. Refer to the Caterpillar service manual diagnostic procedure for the specific regulator to confirm failure before ordering a replacement.
Is the 2046708 a high-quality aftermarket regulator?
Yes. The 2046708 from Propel Parts is a premium aftermarket regulator manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications in terms of pressure/flow rating, material quality, and dimensional compatibility with the original mounting.
Are there filter or sealing components associated with this regulator?
Many regulators are installed with associated O-rings, gaskets, or filter screens that should be replaced at the same time. Browse our seals and gaskets for heavy machinery for compatible sealing components to complete the service in a single visit.
What warranty applies to the 2046708 regulator?
