A Delay Handled the Right Way
Honestly, if I were in Miami like my shipment was, I wouldn?t have been in a hurry to ship out either. I was frustrated at first ? delays cost me time on the job ? but Propel Parts stepped up.

Deb, Daniel and the team owned the mistake, kept the communication clear, and graciously refunded my shipping costs without making it a hassle. That kind of accountability is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciated how they handled it.

Things don?t always go perfectly, but these folks proved they?re more interested in doing right by their customers than just pushing parts out the door. Solid company, solid people.

P.S. Incredible quality on the pin as well. I had to do some custom modifying, and let?s just say the case hardening was ? well ? hard. Great Stuff! Thank you.

Above and Beyond
Staff took care of issue that was nit created by them. Package was lost by UPS. Propel sent me another part Next Day Air to correct it.

Propel parts is a good Cat vendor that provides a top notch service to customers from ordering to delivery. Their after sales service is really impressive.

Fast response and very attentive! Thanks Deb.

The best supplier ever we mainly deal with most rare needed parts .. i highly recommend .. they are very very honest

perfect service

Great customer service answered email question quickly.

I would give 5 stars but my first time ordering from here and using aftermarket parts. The price is reasonable comparing to original Cat parts and the customer support is great and hoping to do more business with them
